General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The present general conditions of sale exclusively govern the sales of items between the company Bedding-Sets™ and any user of the Bedding-Sets™ site.
The site does not allow the purchase of items intended for resale.
We reserve the right to modify our general terms of sale at any time.
The applicable general conditions of sale are those in force on the day the order is validated.
ORDERING ARTICLES
To place an order, we put at your disposal a commercial website accessible 7 days a week, 24 hours a day all year round, at the following address: Bedding-Sets™
After acceptance of the payment, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you summarising your order.
You can track the status of your order at any time by contacting our customer service.
PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
The payment of the order is made online and is entirely secure (SSL security standard). The use of the prefix "https://" at the top of the address displayed in the browser's navigation bar attests to this.
Your credit card details are encrypted and none of your banking information is stored on our server.
The amount of your order is debited at the time of ordering.
DELIVERY
Bedding-Sets™ delivers your order in France and worldwide to the address you have indicated during the ordering process. You undertake to send us, when placing your order, all the information necessary for delivery, your e-mail address and your mobile phone number so that you can be reached if necessary.
Delivery is made to your home by the Post Office. Delivery is free of charge.
In case of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox indicating in which post office you can collect your parcel.
ARTICLES AND PRICES
The prices indicated on our website are expressed in euros, all taxes included. The Value Added Tax that applies is the French VAT in force at 20%. If the French VAT is changed, Bedding-Sets™ reserves the right to apply the new VAT in force on its website.
The selling prices of our items are subject to change and we are free to update them at any time.
The company Bedding-Sets™ cannot be held responsible for cancellation of an order for the reason of a non similar colour.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the new European directive, Hamon Law, which came into force in June 2014, you have a legal period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.
Return your item in its original packaging, unwashed and unused, enclosing the cancellation form with the package.
Bedding-Sets™ undertakes to reimburse you the price of the item within 14 days of receipt of the package provided that it is received in good condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by the withdrawal form. Delivery and return costs remain at your expense.
GUARANTEES
Bedding-Sets™ undertakes to comply with French legislation concerning the legal guarantee of conformity (Art. L. 211-1 to L. 212-1 of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Art. 1641 and 1649 of the Civil Code).
